How do I check the Status of my Order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

 

Do you Deliver Products Internationally?

ZAPIU successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does the shipping take?

We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Also, due to high demand and country bordering processes, the shipping times could take from 7 up to 25 days. Tracking code will be sent your e-mail when the item is shipped.

How do I Place an Order?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. 

If you don’t love your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality to ensure that we give our customers only the very best.

Do we accept returns? 

Our policy lasts 30 days for retail items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
